As you may have guessed from the title, we have a very exciting announcement to make today in the form of our April theme reveal! We are thrilled to be able to show you this because we have been thinking about this theme for such a long time and it’s one that is very close to our nostalgic hearts! We can’t wait ti hear what you think of it.
We were so lucky this month to once again have the help of our resident filmmaker, Hax over at www.haxahmet-films.co.uk. You guys should definitely go check out his website if you are interested in videography.

That’s right, our April theme is…Belles and Beasts! Now you see why we are so excited for this box! Whether you are a fan of fairytale retellings, and the Disney film (who isn’t?) or you like the sound of a high fantasy novel complete with a kick-ass heroine, a beautifully written setting and plenty of beastly tension then this is the box for you.
Kate and I have always felt an affinity with the most bookish of Disney princesses so when we heard rumour of a brand new edgy retelling of the story we were itching to get our hands on it. This dark fairytale has echoes of Sarah J Maas and Victoria Aveyard and will be a hot off the press YA hardcover. In fact, we will be sending out the boxes before the book is officially published so our April members will be some of the first to get their hands on it!
As well as your monthly read, each box will be jam packed with handcrafted goodies that centre around the Belles and Beasts theme and an invite to our exclusive book club in our members only Clubhouse where members can chat about the book with each other and the author. We honestly can’t wait for that, our Clubhouse meetings are our favourite night of the month!
If you are already signed up to Book Box Club then rest assured. We have already secured you a box and yours will be stating its journey to you (in the post) around 15th April. Anyone not signed up yet, do get in there quick if you would like a box. As always, we only have a limited number of boxes available.
